Soccer Program
Whitfield County Recreation Department strives to foster the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of youth through the sport of soccer. WCRD’s job is to make soccer fun and instill in young players a lifelong passion for the sport. We are committed to providing a positive, nurturing, respectful, fair, and challenging learning environment. We honor the game of soccer, and we show respect for the rules, opponents, officials, and teammates. We believe soccer should be great fun, and we strive to provide an enjoyable environment for all players, coaches, and families. We know that we can achieve these goals only through the combined efforts of our volunteers, coaches, parents, and players. We offer soccer for ages 4-12 for both boys and girls with an age cutoff date September 1st. Cost to play is $30 and that includes uniform. We will play Fall season in August to end of October.
